Printing through citrix client

Hi
We have migrated a 4.5 application to 10g and deployed to application server 10.2.1.3.
There are around 88 branches who wants to access this application using citirx client.They are able to open run the application but the problem is while printing.As all reports are character mode reports we are using orarrp utility.We want to print report using orarrp utility as formatting is not lost,for local printing and direct to print.
But printing through citrix client is not happening using orarrp.We have mapped the report o/p to textpad and created a tool in textpad with help of which we are able to print using orarrp.
but in citrix it is not happening using the tool which we have created,it they use print option of textpad it is happening
but from our tool option it is unable to connect to printer.

what may be the problem...
