We followed the steps from Oracle on how to register a new printer, but when we run a test print in Oracle, it prints garbage fumble text. The printer prints fine when printing from Microsoft word or anything other than Oracle. I tested different concurrent request, and get garbage text each time. The name of our printer is HP LaserJet Pro M404dw, and we have it setup as the driver type HPLJ4.
