Print Server is down at apex.oracle.com

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have the same problem as I had on apr, 23 of 2022 and sept 22 of 2022 Again with error "ORA-29273: HTTP request failed"

when trying to use rtf report queries on Apex.oracle.com.

Could you start up the print server again just like you did in april and september 2022 please?
