Print Report of cash Memo

hello and hi
me have a report of cash memo page size 12 by 13.8 cm ,using printer dot matrix
problem is that when me print a single page , printer not stop , its go to end of next page its mean printer print at portarit size page ,
any body help me how me ll handel the printer
