Print/Download PDF report - Master & Child report

Hi All,
Oracle Apex Version: 20.1 or above version
Oracle DB: 12.2.0.1.0 Version
I need to print/Download a report with master and multiple child tables records with the signature column.

Can you please suggest an oracle apex free plugin or solution to achieve my requirement?
I am using ORDS mode to connect the oracle apex.
