Presentation variable in a field formula and Is Prompt filter
Hi All, Please help me - i am struggling this for long time -
Is it a bug in OBIEE? or this functionality is not supported? - i will make the problem statement simple
1) I created a pie chart - example: total sales on countrywise
2) I created a list report - where click of particular country in the pie chart , i will display the corresponding list (Using OBIEE Interaction - Navigate and Is Prompt in the second report).
above things are working perfect.
3) Now i have added a dashboard prompt where i am displayihng in a dropdown of categary - let say category1, categrory2
this will be a filter in the above two reports as a presentation variable in the field formula - Example used like @{variable1}
now after the 3rd step, the Interaction - Navigate is not working - means when i click on a particular slice in the pie - i am getting all country information in the list.
hope this will give the problem statement - can anyone help me in this case - thanks in advance
