Presentation Service and Java Host service don't work anymore

After I've done the necessary configuration for delivers, I can start up finally my scheduler service but now I can no longer start up my java host service and my presentation service.

I receive the following errors
The Oracle BI Presentation Server service terminated with service-specific error 4294967295 (0xFFFFFFFF) for the presentation service

and

The oracle BI Java host service on local computer started and then stopped. Some servicces stop automaticallly if they have no work to do, for example...

As mentioned in another post, I tried to start both services from the command line, but also without success.

Someone any idea...or a re-install will be the only solution?
