Precedence of oracle client looking for tnsnames?

Hi all,

If I have a local tnsnames file and have one on the network, along with the tns_admin environment var set, what order will oracle client look for the tnsnames file? Something like if-local-exists-use-it-if-not-use-what's-at-tns_admin-location ? Some other logic?
