Precedence of mappings

Hi All,

I have a requirement of Multi-Dimension mapping

so written the mappings

Accounts starts with 5XXXX and cost center value is NULL has to go InvalidCC

and we have general explicit mapping where cost center value NULL go to NoCC

but all the NULL cost centers are getting NoCC even for the 5 series accounts

I need the requirement of cost center value which is NULL has to go to NoCC except for the accounts starts with 5 and cost center value  is NULL has to goto InvalidCC member

could you please help
