pre-requisite to install Oracle Enterprise manager

Hi All,

I am new to OEM so need some guidance from you .

I have installed oracle RDBMS 11.2.0.3 on Red Hat Linux version 6.5 3 DB Instances are also created.

Now I want to install Oracle Enterprise Manager on windows 64 bit to monitor Databases.

So I want to know what is order to install OEM grid.

Do i need to install weblogic server ?

I am referring document E15838-14 but I am confused,
