Pre-requisite for exam 1Z0-147?

Hello,
I am planning on getting the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate. I am not sure on which exam I should take prior to the 1Z0-147.
Which one is best: 1Z0-007 or 1Z0-001?
