PRCN-2067 : Port 1566 is not available across node(s) "pres1_vip,pres2_vip"

I want to add listener to cluster but it is not allowing me . The fact , I had added listener with port 1566 but later realized listener was pointing to different path.
I changed the listener path and removed the listener from cluster . Now I started listener and want to add to cluster but it is hard coded the listener port somewhere.
Can anyone suggest how to address this issue.

oracle@pres1:/u02/oracle/product/11g# srvctl add listener -l prod -p 1566 -o /u02/oracle/product/11g
PRCN-2061 : Failed to add listener ora.prod1.lsnr
PRCN-2065 : Port(s) 1566 are not available on the nodes given
PRCN-2067 : Port 1566 is not available across node(s) "pres1_vip,pres2_vip"
