PowerTools and pgAdmin 4 on Oracle Linux 8

Dears, good afternoon

I'm trying to install pgAdmin 4 on Oracle Linux 8, but it seems PowerTools is not available on standard Oracle Linux repositories, unlike CentOS 8.

When I try:

sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled PowerTools

I receive the following error message:

Error: No matching repo to modify: PowerTools.

Do you know how to add PowerTools to Oracle Linux?
