Powerbuilder10.2 / Oracle 10g version 10..2 Issue

I am having an issue when using a powerbuilder application to send email.

When i run the application using Oracle 10.1 the Outlook address book opens up fine, but when i run the same exact powerbuilder application with Oracle 10.2 as the home, the outlook address book does not open.

I spoke with someone from Sybase and they feel it may be a problem or issue with some DLL's.

Seems like it might have something to do with the MAPI call, but not sure.

Does anybody have any idea what this issue might be???
