We want to post a patient-reported blood pressure using the R4 Observation create API. We have figured out how to post a BP and it appears in Millenium. The code we used for systolic BP was LOINC 8480-6. Our concern is that in Millennium, the BP does not distinguish itself as a patient-reported value. We cannot set performer to “Patient/xxx” as the post is rejected with an error (only Practitioner or null seems to be allowed). Is there a different LOINC code to use for patient-reported BPs?
