Posting APEX Report in External Website without iFrame?

I need to be able to display a report on an external website. Where I have PHP to Oracle connection, I do this with a function call, but when I don't have PHP I haven't found a solution.

Is it possible to create an report in XML format and then use that link to display or is there another method?

I want to set it up as a feed or display, and not have it as an iFrame inside the existing webpage.

I am on Application Express 4.1.1.00.23
