Possible to move oracle home to different drive?

On Windows, is it possible to move an existing Oracle home to a new hard drive or change the drive letter?

My issue is that I do not have enough disk space to perform an OID upgrade from 10.1.2.0.2 to 10.1.4.0.1. I thought maybe I could migrate the existing OID Oracle home to a new drive, then perform the upgrade into a new Oracle home on the old drive, or maybe perform the upgrade on a new drive and migrate it to the old drive after decommissioning the old OID.

The server has OID and SSO installed and is Windows 2003.
