Possible to monitor TPS at the service level?

Hi,

We have OEM 12c and we are already monitoring/trending the Transactions per Second at the instance level using mgmt$ views (Number of Transactions (per second)).

However we would also want to monitor Transactions per Second at the Service level, is it possible to do this on OEM 12c using metric extensions or any other method?
