Possible to create joins via drag n drop

I admit to being spoiled by the very simple to use yet powerful Mysql Query browser. One of my favorite features of this tool is the ability to create joins by simply dragging and dropping table names into the query window.

Is such a feature available with Oracle's SQL Developer tool? I'm using the native Oracle features, not a mysql connection.
