Possible to change status of Abended process?

Mike McCJan 17 2017 — edited Jan 25 2017

Hello all.

This may seem like an odd request but I have a situation in which there is a single GoldenGate replicat process that has ABENDED on an instance with many other RUNNING processes present.

We are aware of the reason why the process ABENDED but our client doesn't want us to work on it yet.

I would like introduce the AUTORESTART option for the MGR process and I'll like to use "ER *" due to the many GG processes (i.e. I don't want to list them out individually).

However, I don't want the particular ABENDED process to restart.

I am thinking if I could get the status of this process changed from ABENDED to STOPPED, that would do the trick.

My question is ... is it possible to change a process' status from ABENDED to STOPPED? I can't seem to achieve this.

Regards,

- Mike
