port number in listener.log file

Team,

listener is configured for 1521 port but in listener log file i am able to see different ports like 57410, 46454, please can help me in understanding what these ports are ?, one of the application is not able to connect the database through firewall and getting the below errors

java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Socket read timed out and java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Connection reset’.
