Port 19000

Hi,

Version 11.1.2.4.0.79

Normally, I use following URL to access workspace with port 19000:

http://192.168.100.116:19000/workspace/index.jsp

Sometimes, it doesn't work and I see following page:

Web Logic.png

but then if I use http://192.168.100.116:9000/workspace/index.jsp with port 9000 instead of 19000, I see that server is working.

Why this happens, any idea? Thanks!
