Popup LOV or Select List returning multiple columns

Hi, I need this to happen: When I select single value from my Popup LOV or Select List, I need to update 2 fields on screen.

For example - LOV has employee_id, name and salary.

When I choose him, I want id and name to stay in LOV as selected (or just id, and name can go to non-bound field), and salary to show in another non-bound field.

In Forms it's easy, how can I achieve the same in APEX (5.1) please?
