Populate item values in IG corresponding to the relative row

I have an IG1(single row selection only) which contains item column(multiple values could be there in same column comma separated ).

I have another IG2 where the separate items are spread row wise.

I want to update corresponding column value “ROI” (of IG1), adjacent to the each item in ROI column (of IG2) when I focus out of Item column in IG1.
