Populate Excel Template with values and export

Hi All,

Is it possible import an excel file and populate certain fields with values and have it exported?

I have an invoice template and and trying to find a way to import it and prefill values with PL/SQL and have it exported when users click on a button or link.

Using APEX 4.1.1
