Pop-up Problem in Messeger Express

Hi all.

I have a Sun Messaging System deploy for more than 50 domains.
My Server Version is :

-bash-3.00# ./imsimta version
Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.2-3.04 (built Jul 15 2005)
libimta.so 6.2-3.04 (built 01:32:55, Jul 15 2005)

My customers usually complain that they can not Compose mail from Messenger Express, the reason is Pop-up is block in IE.

I have looking up a patch for that problem but not found.
Any way to modify the Messenger Express to Compose mail from the same window or on other window..?
Please help me if you know.
