Point tnsnames.ora in sqlnet.ora

Hi all,

Due to administrative privillages we are unable to push tnsnames.ora files on client machines.
Is there anyway we can point tinsnmaes.ora file which is network shared directory in sqlnet.ora file and able to connect database.

Or Do I have to set environment variable TNS_ADMIN on each clinet machine and point TNS_ADMIN to network shared directory where tnsnames.ora file located?

Help is appreciated.
