PO Requsition Account Generator Workflow Item_Key

Hi,

Could you suggest on below.

I m using PO_WF_PO_CHARGE_ACC.inventory package from PO Requsition Account Generator Workflow, I was not able to get the REQUISITION_HEADER_ID for ITEM_KEY.

Item_Key is giving some sequence number say 456.

But if i go and see in PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL table, the requisition_header_id = 23896534

How can fetch the requisition_header_id?
