PO25%6761 line has been received on 6/27. since the user did not hit the complete button in wacs until 7/2. when financial transaction gets created and sent to EBS was on 7/2.
Eg, PO25%6761, below is the PO transaction screenshot.
we have to click on each receipt line-then receipt header-then log,and see the transaction completed on 7/2. The date showing in receipt line should be 7/2/2025 in this case, which actually complete the transaction and hit EBS. NOT 6/27
The financial impact is that we will miss accruals since we thought it received on 6/27 while it actually is 7/2. It is impractical for us to click each receipt line log to find the completion date.
we should not have to check the status of each line to determine if the transaction was received. I see this as an issue with the design of the application the line status should not be listed as complete unless the line is received fully (financial transactions created).
