PMON: terminating instance due to error 602
Hello everybody,
I have serious trouble with Oracle database. My environment: Oracle Enterprise edition 10.2.0.5. OS: Oracle Linux 5.7
When oracle get distribution transactions in 3-5 minutes it crashes with information:

PMON: terminating instance due to error 602
Instance terminated by PMON, pid = 12599
And crashes everytime when I starting in 3-5 minutes. Only when I run procedure for forcing rollback all distribution transactions dbms_transaction.purge_lost_db_entry(x.local_tran_id); it stops crashing.
We didn't contact with Oracle support yet. Our developers recommend to apply patch 10.2.0.5.6 but I haven't found so error in patch description.
Anybody can help me?
