plz help developer commit stupid mistake plz plz hurry up

developer try to add datafile he got error we restart the Db after Nomount when we try to mount it give error ORA-00059: maximum number of DB_FILES exceeded what i do ???

ive no back of control file i tried to open with initdw.ora it fail SQL> startup pfile = 'd:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\dbs\initdw.ora";
ORA-32006: PARALLEL_AUTOMATIC_TUNING initialization parameter has been deprecated

i tried this alter system set db_files = 256 scope = spfile; what is do now plz help me
