Plugin Activation Error - Activation Failed

Hi all,

I am having an error when activating a plugin. It uploads, distributes, but when i activate it, it return the "Activation Failed" status. I was checking the servers and when i distribute then, they are not replicated in server, just in admim.

Is there any configuration or tutorial that could help me? Following the log (with no error):
