I have two computers and one keeps giving me the error of "Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded from <\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll> when ever I try to open an htm file by via Microsoft IE 6.0.2800.1106 :

On the other computer it works fine.
I have compared the registries in both computers and they both point to j2re1.4.2/bin/client/jvm.dll.
I have not been able to find out why or how to change the computer that keeps looking in <\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll> instead of j2re1.4.2/bin/client/jvm.dll.
