plsql Pwd needs 1 num & 1 upper case letter & 1 spe.char &differ by 3 chars
I need to check applicaiton users password and must ensure it is different from existing password, note its not DB user password..
the new password should be different from existing password in a way that is it has 1 number & 1 upper case letter & 1 symbol (special character) and differ by 3 chars..
Can you please suggest how to implement in in plsql??.. (input parameter userid, oldpass, newpass)
