Plsql package that run a rdf report and pass the parameters

I am working on EBS R12 I want t to write a Plsql package that run a rdf report and pass the parameters to it
And store the output on the Application server then trigger a shell script to move the output from the server to a share folder on another sever any idea how to implement that or is it even possible
