pls help me for GlobalPlatform

i am interested in GLobalPlatform Specification, and have many questions about it.
one question is:
in Secure Channel Protocol 02 implement, Base key(one key) is a must?
or should SCP02 support Base key(one key) and 3 Secure Channel keys?

Where can i get more information from if i am not a member for GlobalPlatform?
