Pls help log file are getting big size than 1GB

hi all ,
my log files are getting bigger day by day the total size of the log files is more than 1 gb location of the log file is C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\oc4j\j2ee\oc4j_DBConsole_mbcvizpilot3.mbc.uae_vizrtdb\log directory what is this log files for should i delete this log files without effecting my enterprise manager

pls reply back ..i am runing out of space in C:drive
