PLS-00123: program too large (Diana nodes)

Hi experts,

I got an error "PLS-00123: program too large (Diana nodes)" while compiling a package which has approx 4000 rows in Specs and 9000 rows in Body. My subscription on Oracle Cloud is DBaaS 12c.

If any one knows how to resolve this issue please share the steps. I will be thankful for your help.
