Please help with downloading last version of Siebel

Hi all, my name is Pablo and I have been requested in my current job to start using Sieble.

I have 14 years of experience in ORACLE DBs, but unfortunately nothing in Sieble.

My intention was first to install Siebel in my laptop in order to start doing something.

Can you please tell me from where should I download the latest version?
