Please help use EM to manage Stanby Database

Hi
I use "Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c" to manage DataGuard.

I login to "Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c" by use sysman of "Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c" Database

Then I go to targer the Standby database (Which I want to manage)

Then I go to Availability > Data Guard Administration

But It show the Information:

Data Guard requires more database privileges than are currently granted to you. Contact your DBA for more information.

Please help me how to grant more database privileges for user Sysman of "Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c" Database for I can manage this Standby database
