Please help, Unable to open BI Admin tool in online mode for 10 days

Hi All.

I not able to open my BI Admin tool in online mode. It was working fine. the next morning couldnt open my RPD in online mode.

I have been trying to fix this issue for 10 days now and without sucess.

Error : Logon failed due to: [nqserror :37001] could not connect to the oracle Bi Server.

i have checked the EM and all the services up and running, i did restart it 3 times but still the issue is not solved.

I have checked the connection with the server by testing Ping ip Address and the connection looks fine.

Started receiving this error after changing the schedular password as advised by someone, after changing the password i started receiving this error " Failed to restore ctx from reference".

Would appreciate helping me fixing this error. Please advise how to solve it.

If i uninstall the client on my machine and reinstall it, would it cause loosing what ever i developed there ?
