Please Help me....Configuration Tomcat

Hello,

I hope that you are very well....
I�m following your guide to install tomcat (http://www.moreservlets.com/Using-Tomcat-4.html)....but when i load in the navigator http://localhost/
the navigator automatically shows http://localhost/localstart.asp, (the IIS server of Microsoft Windows 2000) so i would like to know what variable i have to remove in the Start menu, Settings, Control Panel, System, Environment, or what i have to do, so that the Tomcat server could be loaded when i set http://localhost/ in the navigator?
