I have been trying to close my account.
I clicked on “Request tenancy deletion” last week and today I received an email that said “Your tenancy has been deleted”, however it has not been - I am still able to log in.
If I try and request deletion again, it says “The work request to delete your tenancy could not be initiated. Please try again or contact support.”
So, please delete my account.
