i have a customer with a platinum support active for a two exadata and exalogic machines, but he didnt activate the platinum gate way.
he want know to activate the platinum gate way, but he missed three patches on those machines.
what do we need to do those patches.
The Customers' current exalogic release is OVS 2.0.6.2.2 (July 2015 – patch number 20859979) and We are planning to patch it to the latest release OVS 2.0.6.2.170117 (January 2017 – patch number 25095716).
