Planning to migrate to third party PRIVATE CLOUD "HUWEI FUSION SPHERE"

Dear Team,

We are planning to migrate our physical servers to third party PRIVATE Cloud fusion sphere. So my questions are as follows.

1)Does Oracle support in terms of Private third party FUSION SPHERE. Like if something goes wrong in cloud .

2)Do we have to purchase separate oracle support (software) for cloud.

Could any one please any help us
