Planning Refreshing Took A Long Time

Hi,

I was on work, trying to refresh Hyperion Planning as I have made some changes from Account Dimension. Then I guessed it took a long time so as that was my first time using Planning, I mistakenly sent the window to run in background. Then I couldn't find how to get that window back.

My question is:
1. if the refreshing process is still running and then we shut down the Planning application, will it give any impact (I mean such as data loss or broken structure)?
2. how could I know the refresh is success or not in case we can't check into log files.
