Planning not refreshing the Essbase security filters

I have a few users who are members of a group. This group is provisioned with:
- Server Access on the Essbase cluster
- Essbase Write Access and Planner on the Planning application

I have been refreshing the database quite often. Now it seems that the Essbase filters have gone out of sync with the security on Planning. Refreshing the database makes no changes in the Essbase filters at all, even though it should. For example, the group has write access to iDes of Accounts in Planning but in the Essbase there is a filter that has the access on None and the member specification on iDes(Accounts).

I did Administrator/Manage/Security Filters as well all Administrator/Application/Refresh database several times. I'm using Planning 11.1.2.1

Any idea why this has happened and how to fix it?
