I am trying to maintain the Planning Metadata changes with DRM. we have all our metadata in DRM but manually update the Planning Apps each month. For testing I had created the exports in DRM and to export all the members of dimensions required for that Planning Application to SQL and then delete all the members of dimension and reload the metadata to Planning Application (11.1.2.4) using outline load utility. But, it doesnt allow me to delete all the members of the dimension as some of them are used in the forms.
I also thought about just exporting the delta from previous version each month and then delete only those members and load back but in cases e.g. when we move one member alongwith its children are moved from one parent to another..it doesnt work with only export delta from DRM.
Please suggest how can I maintain the Metadata updates for Planning using DRM .
