Planning Filter Refresh Error- String Index out of Range: -1

Hi ,

I am on EPM 11.1.2.3.500

when i am refreshing Applictaion , it is working fine without any issue . but when i try to refresh Security Filter , it give the following error:

String Index out of Range: -1

any help?
