Planning Error : Cannot Open Cube View.Essbase Error(1054060)

Hi,

I have provisioned the users as planner, adhoc user and adhoc grid creator. But when i connect as a test user I have been getting this error, any idea on how to sort this error.

This is a classic planning app & workspace version - 11.1.2.3
